Story Imagin-ory is an interactive and immersive storytelling and play class for under 5's.
We take you on a new story adventure each week including;
- Introductory phonics and sounds
- Interactive and performance storytelling
- Songs and rhymes
- British sign language
- Play based learning
My name is Lauren
I will be your class leader in the Tendring District.
I am a level 3 nursery practitioner with over 20 years experience in early years.
I live with my husband and our two children who are both in primary school.
I have worked in an outstanding nursery for the last 17 years with children aged 0-11years where I have gained an extensive knowledge of child development.
I love my job and what I do however I am ready for a new chapter in my life.
I have always loved sharing stories with children so when the opportunity came along for me to run my very own story telling classes I jumped at the chance!
I can not wait to meet you all and take you on a story telling adventure filled with fun, laughter and the odd silly outfit.

Speech, language, communication and literacy
Our sessions have been carefully planned to aid early development of speech, language, communication and literacy skills.
The classes are beautifully balanced, allowing children to gain and practice new skills, through fun and age appropriate ways.

Story Imagin-ory has been created to allow children of all ages to attend. One of our core values is that book sharing begins from birth.
Therefore you can book on knowing that the activity will suit all ages, and you can enjoy quality time as a family.
